Participants will be asked to complete four surveys over a 12-month time period. The surveys can be completed online (preferred), over the phone, by mail, or in-person.
SURVEY 1 (20-30 min)
After completing the first survey, participants will be compensated with a $10 gift card.

Participants will receive another $15 gift card after completing all surveys.
If participants are asked to provide a saliva sample, we will mail a saliva kit to their home. They can return the kit by mail to the ASPIRE lab at no cost. If participants provide a saliva sample, they will receive an additional $10.
After the first year, you will be given the option to continue your participation in ASPIRE. The more information you provide over time, the better we can understand and improve the health of Asian Americans.
